The Manager, Sales Enablement plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales culture. The Manager, Sales Enablement reports to the Assistant Vice President, Sales Enablement and assists Corporate and Regional HUBs in achieving their goals. This individual will be working out of our corporate headquarters in Chicago to deliver ongoing sales initiatives to HUB region locations.

The Manager, Sales Enablement will work closely with the Sales Enablement Leadership Team and the regional Strategic Resource Management Team (SRMs) to ensure that major initiatives are clearly communicated, well understood and executed. This role will work to establish relationships with the SRMs, and will identify and leverage best practices in sales enablement through leadership.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement, SRMs, Event Planning & Training
• Advise Sales Enablement team of trends, issues, and conditions that impact effective execution of the sales enablement role;
• Collaborate with team to brainstorm new products, enhancements and processes;
• Assist in planning annual SRM conference and other training/orientation sessions throughout the year;
• Train regional SRMs on sales and marketing tools/resources that are critical to sales enablement;
+ Lead in-person and webinar hosted training sessions for SRMs and office locations
+ Work with local regions to assist in providing materials to improve onboarding of new Producers and acquired locations to enhance their joining HUB;
+ General problem solver and navigator for employees looking for HUB resources.
Content Creation and Management
+ Mange content and pages of our intranet and content management system (HUB Today – SAVO);
+ Take a lead on creating videos via script writing, design and execution using Camtasia and/or Knowledgvision;
+ Work with Marketing team and others to help maintain updated content and needs of Regional sales teams.
**Technology Tools and Resources**
• Test and / or vet new technologies and applications to support Sales Enablement;
• Support sales efforts in our CRM system – Microsoft Dynamics & ClickDimensions;
+ Oversee all Sales Tools & Resources with Regions and Vendors;
+ Help administer our HUB intranet system (HUB Today – SAVO);
+ Work directly with third party vendors and arrange on-going Lunch & Learns/Training.
**Other job-related duties as assigned and/or as needed.**
**Travel**
Travel is dependent on the needs and geographic spread of the HUB Regions. On average, 10% travel to offices within Canada and the US per year as the Manager, Sales Enablement may be asked to travel throughout the US or cross-border in support of an initiative, or to attend a training or meeting.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English or similar
+ 2-5 years of experience sales, marketing or similar
+ Creative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions;
+ Exceptional communicator with customers, sales teams, and technical resources;
+ Highly organized master of multi-tasking with an inherent sense of urgency;
+ Good rapport with Management and SRMs;
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products;
+ Experience with a CRM system is a plus (ideal: Microsoft Dynamics CRM);
+ Experience with Camtasia Studio or KnowledgeVision/Knovio or other video technology, preferred but not required;
+ Proficient in Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop & InDesign), preferred but not required;
+ Experience in writing or design, a plus
+ Understand business needs and know how to create the processes and tools to manage them.
