As a Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager, you will develop the go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans around major initiatives and product rollouts, act as the voice of the customer, and build and execute on activities and deliverables needed to successfully support the sales team to drive product success in the market through close relationships with sales, marketing, product management, and customer success. The Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager provides direction and applies company policies to broader team(s) or sub-department and is the subject matter expert for the communications in which they are involved.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product marketers and sales team to deliver sales materials.
• Produce high-quality release deliverables to effectively sell and support our products.
• Create sales communication plans and effectively deliver updates, news, decisions, etc. to the sales team.
• Oversee lead generation and lead nurturing initiatives for kCura’s products, including project coordination and execution of campaign deliverables such as webinars, white papers, infographics, e-books, videos, etc.
• Creation and maintenance of up-to-date sales support materials, including demo materials, presentations, FAQs, talking points, sales slicks, etc.
• Assist with customer perception surveys, including ensuring questions are up-to-date and generate useful information
• Creation and maintenance of sales approaches, sales processes and sales training materials, plus serve as the subject matter expert of sales enablement software and tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert and devise strategies for enabling sales to generate revenue; provide ultra-high touch marketing support to internal teams and customers.
• Translate business objectives and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Manage issues of diverse and ambiguous scope which require evaluation of a variety of factors and current business trends.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business, Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline, or a least seven years of B2B marketing or similar experience
• At least three years effectively leading a team or department

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience partnering with teams across departments to accomplish objectives
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player; desire to work in a collaborative environment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure while continuing to meet established deadlines
• Ability to coordinate and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience partnering with teams across departments to accomplish objectives
• Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Genuine enthusiasm for building quality software
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent facilitation and inquiry skills
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle; Agile experience a plus
